The Christian Development Course

This book is a simple ‘back to basics’ guide to personal Christian development, written for new converts and new members who are embarking on a journey of faith. The main objective of this book is to ease people onto a starting platform where they can begin to learn about subjects which specifically deal with biblical instructions that lay the foundation of true Christianity. This course has been running for around ten years and in that time has opened the eyes of many new believers and new members to our church. It also helps leaders and ministers in churches on issues they may find difficult to explain. It is simple and straightforward and uses scripture to back up principles that will encourage members to think and ultimately transform their lives. It is great to use as a ‘beginners’ course or in ‘small group’ meetings or even as a tool to carry with you while on mission, either home or abroad, to discuss with those who come to Christ. My heart is to develop disciples for Christ so they become strong in their faith and do not compromise the Word of God! Pastor Jim Master comes from an apostolic background and has seen amazing breakthroughs throughout his life. He has achieved a BA in Bible Studies, an MA in Conflict Management, and a doctorate in Religious Studies. He was in business for 20 years before leaving to embark on full-time ministry. He has a gift for motivating and mobilising people in biblical teaching and prophecy. In 2007 Rev. Dr. Jim Master began his ministry in Sheffield with a simple message, “Pass it on.�? Pastor Jim’s heart is to see people praying more and mentoring one another so that God’s Kingdom can flourish. The Thursday evening Prayer Breakthrough meetings have been pivotal to the church’s growth and prayer is happening throughout the week in other group meetings too! Pastor Jim believes the church has grown numerically and spiritually as a result of increased prayer. He has written a few books/courses: Pass it on!, Leadership and Discipleship, Christian Development Course, and Living a Christian Life with Significance.
